MQWR 160U is India’s first indigenously developed inline X-ray inspection system designed specifically for 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler alloy wheels. Built for high-volume production environments, it inspects wheels from 10” to 26” using a fully automated workflow, a customized wheel-holding + alignment mechanism, and integrated ADR (Automatic Defect Recognition) software compliant with ASTM E2422-22. The system is AERB Type Approved, enabling fast, safe, and consistent quality control directly on the manufacturing line.
